We have buyers calling us, seeking Buyer Focused Agents to assist them in writing offers that will be accepted!

We are seeking results - oriented Buyers Agents that can work with multiple properties & buyers with the expectation of closing multiple transactions each month.

You should be an experienced Buyers Agent.
You need to have an active MLS, ekey & have closed multiple transactions during the past 2 years.
You need to have "mobile office" capabilities.
You are an experienced Top Producing Buyers Agent.

We will require you to hang your license with Lender’s Realty Inc.

Commission Splits begin at 65% with the opportunity to increase negotiated split with Top Production.
E&O Fees are paid per transaction at the close of escrow for a small per transaction fee.
There are no franchise fees, no administration fees, no hidden fees.
You are paid 65% less your E&O on the corp owned properties.

All business brought INTO Lenders Realty Inc (lisitngs, current clients) will be paid at your current split or a maximum of 80%.
You will be expected to work with multiple buyers and close multiple transactions, monthly.
